Thank you for participating in our Early Booking Program. This assures you the opportunity to select prime days for your next year season adventure in Southeast Alaska.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

We require a deposit of $1000.00 per boat to make reservations in ink for your days on our calendar. No later than January 15th, a deposit of $500.00 per person is due. These deposits will be deducted from your entire trip balance, which is due 60 days prior to arrival. All costs will be identified and established in your letter of confirmation. Checks or Money orders are preferred but, MC/Visa credit cards are accepted as well.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that making reservations a year or more in advance requires commitment on your part. We also know you have no control over certain circumstances and have no choice but to cancel or reschedule. We REQUIRE 60 days notification for you to cancel your reserved dates. With notification, you will receive your deposit back less any monies spent on your behalf, i.e. : special air reservations, additional lodging deposits, extra boats deposits, etc. If you make your deposits by cc, the applicable bank fees charged to KH Charters Inc, will be deducted from your refund. We will reschedule and carry your deposit for one year for no charge.

Should you cancel your reservations less than 60 days, you will be charged a minimum cancellation fee. This fee includes $350.00 for a one day reservation times the number of boats reserved and captains fees of $250.00 per boat. Any other monies spent on your behalf will also be deducted.
